Complimentary Collection Tools

As part of its accounts receivable recovery process, RMC offers its clients the following complimentary collection tools:

Demand letters: With accounts that are nearing the 90 days past due mark, a 10 Demand Letter or 72 Hour Fax can in certain instances be effective in prompting payment from recalcitrant debtors. Please click here to provide RMC with the necessary information to send demand correspondence on our letterhead and on your behalf. Please note that any payment received within the selected time period will not be subject to a contingency fee.

Complimentary public record searches: For accounts above $5,000.00, RMC can perform a rapid database search through Westlaw and provide clients with a verbal explanation of the financial status of a particular debtor. Using information gathered from these reports, clients can make a more informed decision on when to initiate recovery efforts through RMC. Typically, public record searches can reveal: outstanding liens, pending litigation, judgments, mortgages filed, and existing commercial loans.
